Module 4 – Iintegrating the Er:YAG laser in an Implantology specialized practice. During this course you will discover the Er:YAG laser under its microsurgical aspect, and how to exploit its the micro-ablative effects for the pre-implant surgery. You will discover ergonomic and operative aspects of bone tissue carving and soft tissue microdissection, to avoid tissue tension in guided bone regeneration techniques. Finally you will receive a detailed training on Peri-Implantitis, that will allow you to understand all the advantages coming as a result of Er:YAG laser assisted Peri-implant maintenance.
You will acquire through a decision tree the good reflexes against the scourge of Peri-Implantitis. You will know how to exploit the photo-acoustic and micro-ablative properties of the Er:YAG laser for a better management of these pathologies. Advanced surgical live interventions will be offered to concretely understand the clinical applications of the Er:YAG laser in an implantology specialized practice.
