Katie has vast experience in successfully leading national and multi-national projects in engineering and outsourced management. As a Mechanical Engineer Katie worked in mature international medical device companies as well as in thriving start-ups. From improvement processes to development-production transitions, Katie’s leadership in both in-house and out-sourced operations has brought them to their successful completion. With an extensive knowledge in hardware, software, mechanics and optics, Katie excels in overseeing complex and multidisciplinary processes leading to cost effectiveness and savings.
Katie holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical and biotechnology engineering.
